Join Les for an awakening of the heart and spirit! Begin to celebrate the joy and passion in your practice through opening and listening to what's inside. By breathing deeper into poses, start shifting compassion from your mat into the rest of your life. Blend pranayama, asanas, music and sweat to build strength and flexibility while letting go of struggle.
Les has trained more than 400 hours with Ana Forrest. Yoga found Les while he was seeking a path towards healing. This allowed him to create a safe environment on the mat for people to discover the truthfulness of the journey during class. "Sometimes I laugh on my mat and sometimes I cry. I kept asking myself what to do with this gift. Through meditation, the directions became clear - share it with everyone. The tremendous gratitude I have in my life for my teachers (Ana Forrest, Tias Little, Stephanie Snyder, Larry Schultz, Maritza, Janet Stone and Rusty Wells) allows me to continue growing along my own journey on and off the mat."
