Julie's Yogic journey started in 1993, and has been guiding Yoga classes, workshops and retreats around the world for over seven years. Her Belly Dancing background inspires her classes to be fun, flowing, creative and intuitive. To her Vinyasa is a flowing dance. Dancing your dreams alive, creating from your hearts bliss and living the life you want to live.
She fluidly blends a colorful bouquet of pranayama, asana, dhyaha, creative visualization and aromatherapy as you take your journey inward. Julie is a licensed massage therapist which aids in her knowledge to adjust the student allowing them to dive deeper.
AcroYoga entered her life over two years ago and continues to enhance the qualities of communication, trust, playfulness and strength. She loves teaching AcroYoga to the Bay Area Kula after recently relocating from Maui.
